Automated Messages
Automated Messages allow you to send pre-set messages to fans based on specific interactions they have with your profile.
While Fanvue recommends personal, one-on-one engagement whenever possible, automated messages are a great way to stay connected and responsive even when you're not available.
You can either generate a message with AI, with the option to edit it before saving, or write your own from scratch. You can also add images, files, or voice notes to your message.
Adding a delay between messages
If your automated message is made up of several messages, you can add a pause between each one. This way a new fan's first chat feels more like a real conversation.
To add a delay:
• Go to Creator Tools > Automated Messages.
• Tap Set Delay between any two messages.
• Choose the minutes and seconds, then confirm.
If a new message arrives before your sequence has finished, the remaining messages won't be sent.
