Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to change the email address on your Fanvue account.
Why can't I change my email?
When you create a Fanvue account, your email address is tied to your account identity and your Fanvue wallet - the digital wallet used to manage any transactions on the platform. Because of this link, changing your email is not something that can be done through self-serve settings.
What if I can no longer access my registered email?
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your Fanvue account, please note that we are unable to change the registered email address in this case. We recommend that you first try to restore access to your email account through your email provider, as this is the only way to regain access to your Fanvue account.
If restoring access is not possible, you will need to create a new Fanvue account using a different email address.
Important
If you believe you may still have active subscriptions on your previous account, please contact us via live chat or email us at [email protected], and our team will assist you in cancelling them as soon as possible.
What if I signed up with Google or X (Twitter)?
If you originally signed up using a Google or X login, your account is linked to that social account rather than to an email address directly. To access your account, use the same Google or X login button you used when signing up.
If you have lost access to the Google or X account you used to register, you will need to recover that account through Google or X support first, then use it to log back into Fanvue.
Can I just create a new account with my new email?
Yes! You can create a new Fanvue account using a different email address. However, please be aware that:
Your subscription history, message history, and saved content will not transfer to the new account
Any active subscriptions on the old account will need to be cancelled separately
Your old account will remain active unless you delete it - we recommend deleting it to avoid unexpected charges
