Your email address is how we identify your Fanvue account. Here's everything you need to know about it.
Can I change my email address?
Not at the moment. When you create an account, your email is permanently linked to your account identity and your Fanvue wallet, which is used for payments and payouts. For security reasons it can't be changed through settings or by our team.
This applies to fans and creators, and to payout providers like MassPay. Payouts are sent using your account email, so changing it isn't possible without affecting them.
How do I find which email my account uses?
Logged in? Go to Settings → Account Info. Your email is shown there.
Logged out? Search all your inboxes (including spam) for emails from @fanvue.com, for example welcome emails, receipts or payout notifications. Then try "Forgotten password?" with that address.
Signed up with Google or X? Your account uses the email of that Google or X account.
⚠️For your privacy, our team can't tell you which email an account is registered to ⚠️
My email is missing a dot (Gmail)
If you use Gmail, your account may show your email without dots, for example [email protected] instead of [email protected]. This is expected. Google ignores dots, so you'll still get every email. Learn more from Google
I've lost access to my email
Recover your email account first. Contact your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and so on). This is the only way to keep using your Fanvue account.
If you're a fan and can't recover it, you can create a new account with a different email. Your subscriptions, messages and purchases won't transfer. Ask us to cancel any subscriptions on the old account.
What if my email account was hacked?
Secure your email first: change its password and turn on 2FA with your email provider.
👉 Tip: Use an email you'll always have access to when you sign up, and protect it with 2FA. Losing access to your email can mean losing access to your Fanvue account.
