I can't log in to my Fanvue account

Find the message or situation that matches what you see, and follow the steps.

What you experience

What to do

I forgot my password, or my password isn't working

Reset it at fanvue.com/signin by clicking "Forgotten password?".
Full steps: Reset your password.

"Invalid credentials"

The email and password don't match. Check for typos and extra spaces, and try any other email address you might have used. If you signed up with Google or X, use that button instead.
Still stuck? Reset your password.

"This user did not sign up with email and password"

You created your account with Google or X. Use the Continue with Google or X button on the login page.
See Signed up with Google or X.

"This email cannot be used"

This usually means the account linked to that email has been restricted or closed, or the email can't be used to create a new account. Please don't create a new account. See "This email cannot be used"

Google or X sign-in takes me straight back to the login page

Make sure you're choosing the same Google or X account you signed up with. If it still loops, the account may be restricted: see "This email cannot be used". Clearing cache won't fix a restricted account.

The password reset email isn't arriving

Follow the checklist in Reset your password → The email didn't arrive.

The reset link just opens my account page

You're still logged in on that browser. Log out first, or open the link in a private window, then try again.

"User is already signed up" or "Email is already in use" when creating an account

An account already exists with that email. Log in or reset your password instead. If you started creator verification and it failed, see "This email cannot be used" before trying again.

I'm not receiving the sign-up verification code

When you sign up, we email you a code to confirm your email address. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes:

  1. Check your spam, junk, promotions and updates folders.

  2. Check the email address you typed. A small typo means the code goes elsewhere.

  3. Request a new code. Only the most recent code works.

It's asking for a 2FA code and I don't have my phone

See Two-factor authentication (2FA).

My email shows without a dot (Gmail)

That's normal. Gmail ignores dots, so both versions reach you. No action needed.

I no longer have access to the email on my account

See Your account email: find it, change it or recover it.

I don't know which email I used

Search your inboxes (including spam) for emails from @fanvue.com or Fanvue receipts, then try "Forgotten password?" with each address.

I just want to cancel my subscription or delete my account

You can do this even if you can't log in. See Cancel subscriptions or delete your account when you can't log in.

I think someone else has access to my account

Act now: see I think my account has been hacked.
