What is a payout fee?
When you withdraw your earnings, a small fee is applied to cover the cost of processing and routing your funds through your chosen payout provider. The fee varies depending on which payout method you use and the currency of your account.
Why does Fanvue charge a platform payout fee?
Each payout provider charges us a fee to process your withdrawal. We pass a portion of that cost on. The fee reflects what it takes to get your money where it needs to go, reliably and securely.
How much is the fee per provider?
TripleA - the fee is 1%
Currently, the only payout provider that carries a Fanvue fee is TripleA.
When is the fee applied?
At the point of requesting a payout, the fee is deducted from your withdrawal amount, not taken from your balance in advance. Your balance always shows the full amount available to withdraw - the fee is only applied when you request a payout.
Will I see the fee before I confirm?
Yes. Before you confirm your withdrawal, you'll see the fee amount and the net amount you'll receive clearly displayed.
