Turning your Vault into recurring income

Your Vault isn't just storage, it's a library of paid content you can keep reselling. A little organisation now means real revenue later.

Get your Vault organised

  • Use folders to sort content by type or theme. Fanvue gives you All, Images, Videos, and Audios by default, and you can create your own on top of these.

  • Name folders with dates or set numbers (e.g. "March 2026 Set," "Beach Shoot v2") so you always know how old something is.

  • A tidy Vault isn't just easier on the eye, it's the difference between finding the right PPV in seconds and scrolling through months of unsorted uploads.

  • Label or number pieces in the order you plan to sell them (e.g. "PPV 1," "PPV 2"), so you, or anyone helping you chat, always know which piece to sell next and at what price.

Never send the same content to the same fan twice

This is one of the fastest ways to lose a paying fan's trust:

  • Before sending a PPV or bundle to a specific fan, go to the Media section in your chat with this fan and check what you’ve already shared with them.

  • As content gets used, move it into a "Sent" or "Used" folder so at a glance you know what's already gone out, versus what's still fresh.

  • Fanvue also has a feature that flags whether a piece of content has already been sent to a specific fan or posted to your wall.

Repackage and re-promote

  • Bundle older individual posts into a new Collection. Content doesn't have to be brand new to feel new to a fan who hasn't seen it before.

  • New subscribers haven't seen your back catalogue. Re-promote older Collections to fans who joined after that content first went out.

  • Nothing needs to be "used once." A Collection that performed well can be resent, repackaged, or bundled again for a new audience.

Keep in mind! Creators who use Collections regularly tend to see a nice bump in conversion 📈
