Creators can save one or more payout destinations (bank, Cosmo, or crypto), manage them all in one place, set a default, and pick which one to use each time they withdraw. This means you no longer have to re-enter your details every time you request a payout.
New payout methods go through a short security check before they can be used, and only you (not agencies or managers on your account) can add, change, or remove your payout methods.
How to add a payout option
Go to Settings.
Select Earnings and Payouts, then click the Settings cog.
Select Payout Methods.
Click Add a new payout method and choose the type you want to add:
Bank transfer — including PIX where supported. You'll need to set your bank country before you can save some bank methods.
Cosmo — save your Cosmo secondary account number (SAN).
Crypto — enables payouts via TripleA. Fanvue does not store your wallet details; this just turns the option on.
Enter the required details and save.
Your new method will show as In review while it goes through a security check. This can take up to 24 hours, though it's often quicker. You'll see the exact time remaining when you go to “request a payout”.
How to manage your saved payout options
You can view and manage all your saved payout methods from Earnings & Payouts → Settings → Payout Methods.
Each saved method will show one of the following statuses:
Status | What it means | Can I use it for payout? | Can I set it as default? |
Available | The security check is complete and the method is ready to use | Yes | Yes |
In review | A new method, going through the security check before it can be used | No | No |
Default | Your go-to method, used automatically at payout (also Available) | Yes | Already default |
Removed | You've deleted this method; it no longer appears in your active list | No | No |
You can save up to 10 payout methods at a time. If you reach this limit, remove one you no longer need before adding another.
How to set or change your default payout method
Go to Earnings & Payouts → Settings → Payout Methods.
Find the method you want to use as your default.
Note that a method must be Available (i.e. it has cleared the security check) before it can be set as default. It cannot be set as default while it's In review.
Click on the three dots and select Set as default.
At payout, your default method is automatically preselected. You can still switch to any other Available method, or add a new one, at the point of withdrawal.
How to update payout details
Go to Settings.
Select Earnings and Payout Method.
Click Payout Methods.
Add your updated details as a new payout method (see How to add a payout option above), then set it as your default once it's Available.
How to delete or remove a payout option
Go to Earnings & Payouts → Settings → Payout Methods.
Find the payout method you want to remove.
Click on the three dots and select Remove.
Once removed, the method drops off your list and can no longer be used or set as default. If you remove a method by mistake, you'll need to save it again from scratch, and it will go through the security check again before it can be used.
REMEMBER!
Please ensure all payout information is entered correctly. If your account number or sort code is wrong, the funds cannot be recovered.
Names must match. Your bank account name must match your verified KYC name. Small differences (a shortened first name, a missing middle name) are fine; bigger mismatches will get the payout rejected.
You cannot pay out to an account in someone else's name, including a manager, partner, family member, or agency, even with permission.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the security check take for a new payout method?
Up to 24 hours, though it's often faster. You can see the exact time remaining in the payout flow.
Can my agency or manager add or change my payout methods?
No. Only you, as the creator, can add, change, set as default, or delete your payout methods.
How many payout methods can I save?
Up to 10 at a time. Remove one you no longer need if you reach the limit.
Can I set a brand new payout method as my default right away?
Not until it finishes its security check and shows as Available. While it's In review, it can't be used for payout or set as default.
I deleted a payout method by mistake. What do I do?
Simply add it again. It will need to go through the security check again before you can use it.
Why can't I edit my existing bank details directly?
Add your updated details as a new payout method, then set it as your default. This keeps your payout history accurate and ensures the new details are verified before use.
How can I add other methods, e.g. MAKE or Masspay Wallet?
You can add these directly in the payout request flow rather than in the payout methods management page.
