Setting up your Cosmo account
Setting up your CosmoPay account is the first set to being able to withdraw your earnings through CosmoPay. To get started, follow the below steps,
Navigate to www.cosmopayment.com and click "Sign Up".
Follow the guided registration process and remember your Access Code.
Once you've completed registration, you'll be given a SAN number.
Note: Your SAN number will be used when withdrawing your earnings on Fanvue. So keep it safe!
How do I withdraw with Cosmo?
Before withdrawing on Fanvue you need to ensure you have a minimum of $20 in your Available Balance.
On Fanvue, head to Settings > Payout Settings > Payout Methods > Request Payout.
Proceed to withdraw and select ‘Cosmo’.
Enter your Cosmo SAN number and select 'Save Cosmo payout details'.
Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and complete the payment.
Once done your earnings will be sent to your Comso eWallet!
Note: Fanvue is not responsible for any fees accrued when withdrawing your earnings.
Can I get my money back from Cosmo?
If you've withdrawn to your Cosmo eWallet and the funds are still in your Cosmo balance, our team can help reverse those funds back to your Fanvue balance. Please get in touch with our support team, and they can help sort this out for you.
