When does my money move from Pending to Available Balance?
When a fan makes a payment to you (whether that be a subscription, tip, or pay-to-view) the earnings are held in the Pending balance. This allows time to process the funds through security and deduct any platform service fees.
The process typically takes 7 days to complete, however, if fans haven’t verified their email, the payment can be on held for 30 days, which means creators will have to wait to see the balance going up.
After 7 days your earnings will move to Available balance, where you will be able to withdraw at your convenience!
