What is MassPay eWallet?

MassPay eWallet is a global payout service provider (PSP) that allows creators to deposit money into their MassPay eWallet from their Fanvue account. The creator can then transfer the funds from the MassPay eWallet to various currencies and locations available in days.

The two most commonly supported withdrawal methods via MassPay are Bank Transfer and Crypto Transfer. When withdrawing on MassPay, it’s important to note that they charge a small service fee that varies depending on the payout method and location (this fee can be as small as $1).

Payout methods available with MassPay eWallet include:

  • Transfer to a bank account

  • Load to a prepaid card issued by a third-party issuer

  • Load to an existing debit card

  • ACH

  • Wire transfers

  • Digital currencies (Cryptocurrency)

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Digital wallets

  • Mobile apps

  • Prepaid cards

How do I withdraw with MassPay?

Before withdrawing on Fanvue you need to ensure you have a minimum of $20 in your Available Balance.

  1. On Fanvue, head to Settings > Payout Settings > Payout Methods > Request Payout.

  2. Proceed to withdraw and select ‘MassPay’.

  3. If this is your first time withdrawing with MassPay, you'll receive an email to the address linked to your Fanvue account with an invitation to register with MassPay.

  4. Once done, you can log in, and your withdrawn funds will show in your MassPay eWallet balance.

  5. Then, on MassPay, click ‘Withdraw’ and select your preferred payout method!

Proceed to follow the instructions on the MassPay platform, it will show you clearly any fees due along with an estimated arrival time for your transfer.

Note: Fanvue is not responsible for any fees accrued when withdrawing your earnings.

Can I get my money back from MassPay?

If you've withdrawn to MassPay eWallet and the funds are still in your MassPay balance, our team can help reverse those funds back to your Fanvue balance. Please get in touch with our support team, and they can help sort this out for you.
