While we strive to have funds in your account within a few days when requesting a withdrawal via bank transfer, there may be delays due to a variety of factors, such as:
- First-time withdrawals requiring an additional compliance check
- Banks only processing transfers (payouts) on business days
- Bank holidays, depending on the bank your funds are being sent from
- Your bank's location, as some cross-border transfers take longer than others to reach the destination bank
Therefore, please note the information on the withdrawal page, which states that payouts may take up to 3 business days to be processed and up to 10 business days to be deposited in your account.

We send funds to CosmoPayouts as soon as you request them. You can expect Cosmo to have received and processed the funds into your account within one business day. If it has been longer than this and you have not received your funds, please contact Cosmo support here.
