Using Manager Accounts on Fanvue

Updated yesterday

Fanvue's Manager Accounts feature is designed for agencies and managers handling multiple creator profiles. It allows you to switch between accounts easily without having to log in and out or juggle multiple browser windows.

What Is a Manager Account?

A Manager Account allows you to manage multiple creator profiles from one central login. It’s ideal for agencies and talent managers who work with several creators and need to streamline workflow.

Getting Started

1. Sign Up for a Manager Account

After signup, you’ll see an empty dashboard; this is expected. You now need to link creator accounts to begin managing them.

2. Get Invited by Creators

To manage a creator's account, they must invite you using the email address you registered your manager account with.

  • Ask creators to go to Settings → Management, or directly to https://fanvue.com/settings/connect-management

  • Make sure after you enter the agency owner's/manager's email, you click "Send Invite" (See below image).

  • Once they invite you, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation link.

  • Important: Make sure you're logged in as the Manager Account when you click the invite link, otherwise, you’ll see an error.

Repeat this process for every creator you manage.

Adding Team Members / Chatters

You can invite team members (chatters) to help manage messaging and content across your accounts.

1. Have Your Team Member Sign Up

2. Invite Them to Your Team

Once invited, they’ll get an email with a link. They must be logged in to their team member account before accepting the invite link.

🔒 Note: Team members will, by default, have access to all creator accounts under your manager account. To restrict access, you’ll need to:

  • Create separate manager accounts for specific creators

  • Invite team members to the relevant manager account

FAQs

Can I add other managers to my team?

Not at the moment. Currently, only one manager account can be assigned per creator. A temporary workaround is to share login credentials for the manager account.
Fanvue is actively working on a feature to allow multiple administrators.

What can team members access?

Team members have access to:

  • Main feed

  • Messages

  • Vault (with limited permissions: they cannot delete or post content)

Their role is limited to chatting and content review—they cannot publish content on behalf of creators.
