How do I delete my fan account?

Deleting your Fanvue account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you proceed, please read through what happens so there are no surprises.

Before you delete - important checks:

  • All active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately - you lose access to subscribed content straight away

  • You have 30 days after deletion to request a copy of your personal data (T&Cs Section 16.2) - after this window, it may be permanently removed

  • If there is an issue you want resolved, contact support first - we may be able to help without you needing to delete

What happens to my subscriptions?

All active subscriptions are cancelled immediately when you delete your account. No further payments are taken. You will lose access to all subscribed creators' content at the point of deletion. Amounts already paid are non-refundable (T&Cs Section 3.12).

Is there a cooling-off period?

No. Deletion takes effect immediately once you confirm. There is no reactivation option - your account cannot be restored after deletion. If you are unsure, contact [email protected] first.


How to delete your account

  1. Log in to your fan account on Fanvue

  2. Go to SettingsAccount

  3. Click "Delete my account" and confirm when prompted
