If you notice changes you didn't make (a new password, messages you didn't send, a payout method you don't recognise, or purchases you didn't make), act straight away.
If you can still log in
Change your password in Settings → Account → Password & Security. Use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.
Log out everywhere: go to Settings → Account Info and select "Log out of all devices and sessions".
Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA).
Creators: check your payout methods and remove any you don't recognise. Then contact us straight away so we can secure your payouts.
Check your recent activity: messages, purchases, posts and subscriptions.
If you can't log in
Secure your email account first. If someone has access to your email, they can reset your Fanvue password. Change your email password and turn on 2FA with your email provider.
Reset your Fanvue password at fanvue.com/signin → "Forgotten password?".
Once you're back in, follow the steps above.
Still locked out? Contact us (see below).
Contact us
Message us through the chat on this page, or email [email protected], with:
your username and the email address on the account
what happened and roughly when
any changes you didn't make (for example a new payout method or unknown payouts)
To protect your account, we'll ask you to verify your identity before making any changes. Please don't send your password or 2FA codes.
⚠️ Payments you don't recognise? Contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback permanently closes your account, and we can usually investigate faster.
Keep your account safe
Use a unique password and turn on 2FA.
Never share your login details. Agencies and teams should use Manager Accounts instead.
Fanvue only emails you from @fanvue.com and will never ask for your password or codes. See How to protect yourself from phishing.
