Fanvue welcomes AI creators. You can run a fully AI account, or use AI as part of your content, as long as you follow our rules.
What is an AI-generated model?
An AI-generated model is a virtual character created with artificial intelligence. It can be realistic or entirely fictional, and you control how it looks, poses and moves.
Why creators use AI models
Save time: create and update content quickly, without photoshoots or lengthy preparation.
Creative freedom: try looks, styles and scenarios that would be difficult or impossible with real-life models.
Consistency: keep the same look across all your content.
Privacy: your face doesn’t need to appear in your content. You still verify your identity with us, but this is never shown on your profile.

Types of AI accounts

Fully AI | A virtual character. Photos, videos and voice are AI-generated and don't depict a real person. | Your own ID verification (KYC). |
AI persona based on a real person (deepfake or face swap) | A real person's body/face or likeness is used and altered with AI. | Your KYC, plus verification and signed consent from the real person. |

All three types must show the AI label.
The main rules
Disclose it. AI content must be clearly disclosed, and you must never tell fans you're a real person if your account is fully AI.
No real people without consent. Don't create or post AI content that looks like a real, identifiable person, unless that person is verified and has given documented consent. This includes celebrities and other creators.
Adults only, clearly. AI characters must look clearly adult. Prompts, captions or stated ages don't override how the content looks.
Your own work. Don't post AI content made from other people's photos or videos.
Same rules as everyone. AI content follows all our Community Guidelines. Anything not allowed as real content isn't allowed as AI content either, including in messages.
Not allowed for AI characters: imitating disabilities, illness or conditions that could be considered offensive or derogatory, and copyrighted characters.
What happens if the rules are broken?
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, issue a warning, hold payouts while we review, deduct earnings from that content, or suspend or close the account.

As of October 3rd, the policy on AI-generated content states:
Fanvue is open to and supportive of creative users who wish to utilise AI-generated media. However, to ensure a respectful and safe community, Fanvue has specific guidelines for uploading, posting, and sharing AI-generated media. This includes but is not limited to deep fakes, generated images, and other types of synthetic media.
Disclosure: If you are uploading, posting or sharing AI-generated media on Fanvue, you must disclose that it is not real and was generated using AI. This disclosure must be clear and prominent so that other community members know the media is not authentic. This may be displayed on the profile bio, content caption, or as a watermark on the media itself. Failure to properly disclose may result in your content being removed and/or your account being suspended.
Nature: AI-generated media must not be used to create harmful or misleading content. Any content that is intended to deceive or harm others is strictly prohibited.
Moderation: All content must pass Fanvue's "Reasonable Person's Test," conducted by three or more members of Fanvue's moderation team. The "Reasonable Person's Test" is designed to assess if a piece of AI content complies with Fanvue's rules and policies. A failed test will result in the content being removed, multiple failures may result in your account being permanently suspended.
Age and Appearance: AI-generated media uploaded to Fanvue must not be of a real person other than the account owner, and must not be a person who resemble or intends to resemble (visually or contextually) an individual under the age of 18. Prompt text cannot be used to 'prove' the age of AI-generated content due to multiple variables such as the model used, training data, prompt weight, and delta.
Compliance: All AI-generated media must be respectful and not violate any of the community guidelines. This includes but is not limited to avoiding harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
Copyright: AI-generated media must not infringe on any copyright or ownership rights. Uploading such content may result in legal consequences, and the uploader is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and share the media.
Consequences: Violating these guidelines will result in appropriate consequences, determined based on the severity of the violation, and may include a warning, removal, earnings deduction, suspension, or permanent ban from the community.
We retain the right to remove any content without notice if it breaks the community guidelines or Fanvue policies. This includes but is not limited to AI-generated media that violates any of the guidelines outlined above.
