Cosmo manages all of the payments from their side and for privacy, we don't have access to invoices from Cosmo.
If you have an issue with your payout or your Cosmo balance, you need to reach out to Cosmo support.
We are not allowed to reach out for you as Cosmo will only give information to the account holder (yourself)
Once you reach out to Cosmo, Cosmo should be able to provide you with information.
That being said, you should also have a login to Cosmo that gets created for them when you first reach out to and when you first set up a payout.
