Reporting an Account: To report an account, follow these steps: Fanvue provides comprehensive tools for handling harassment, abuse, or other rule violations, ensuring user safety and well-being across the platform.

  1. Visit the profile page of the account you want to report.

  2. Click the three dots located in the upper right corner of the page.

  3. Select "Report (user)." For cases involving harassment or abuse, consider collecting any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots) before proceeding, as this may assist the support team in their investigation.

Reporting a Post:

To report a specific post, do the following:

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the post you want to report.

  2. Choose "Report."

Our user safeguarding team will review the reported post and account within 24 hours and take any necessary action. You can also take screenshots of the media or profile in question and send to [email protected] for a quick resolution! Users who violate Fanvue's guidelines by engaging in abusive or harassing behavior may face warnings or even temporary or permanent bans, ensuring a respectful and secure environment for all users.

Blocking Users

To stop a harassing user from interacting with you:

  • Navigate to the user's profile or chat interface.

  • Click on the menu options (represented by three white dots or similar icons).

  • Select the option to block the user. Blocking will prevent any further interactions, safeguarding your experience. Even if a user has made payments, blocking is encouraged if their behavior breaches Fanvue’s guidelines.
