Scheduling posts

Scheduling your content on Fanvue is a simple way to stay consistent, save time, and keep your audience engaged even when you’re offline. You no longer need to post manually every time. Schedule your content in advance and let Fanvue handle the rest.

There are two ways to schedule posts on Fanvue:

Option 1: Schedule via the Post Section

  1. Select "New Post" from the main menu

  2. Upload content from your device or vault, add a caption, and select a collection if desired.

  3. Click ā€œScheduleā€, then choose your preferred date and time.

  4. Once you're ready, click ā€œSaveā€ — your post is now scheduled!


Option 2: Schedule via the Queue Page

  1. Select Creator Tools from the main menu

  2. Select Queue from the Creator Tools menu

  3. Click on the date you’d like to schedule a post for

  4. Click ā€œAdd Post to Queueā€ and choose your preferred time.

  5. Upload content from your device or vault, write a caption, and assign it to a collection (if needed)

  6. Click ā€œSchedule Postā€ to confirm

Accessing and updating your scheduled posts:

To view, edit, or delete posts you have scheduled, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to your queue page (Creator Tools - Queue) where all your scheduled posts are listed.

Step 2: On the queue page, you'll see a calendar or list view showing which days have posts scheduled.

Step 3: Click on a specific day to see the posts scheduled for that date.

Step 4: From here, you can make edits to the posts or delete them as needed.

Scheduling your content in advance allows you to plan ahead, manage your scheduled content easily and ensure everything is just right before it goes live. Now take a break and enjoy seeing your profile grow while you are busy creating more content!
