Passing KYC
Good news, passing KYC as an AI creator is simple!
Even if you are not using your face in the content, we will need an image of your valid, in-date, government-issued international ID or passport, and a selfie to verify your match. This information will not be shared on your profile, so don't worry.
Follow these steps if you are having any issues: https://help.fanvue.com/en/articles/9506878-passing-kyc
By law, we require identity documents and permission from all individuals featured in content uploaded to Fanvue.com. This also applies to deepfakes, which means that if you are using real bodies of real people, adding an AI face is not enough to prove that you have been given permission to upload. All real people need to be verified, even if you're only using their body and not their face, as we must make sure you have their consent to post.
To feature individuals other than the account owner, please complete one of the following actions:
Have the featured individuals create a Fanvue creator account and complete KYC verification. Once done, tag the featured individual (e.g. @fanvue) every time you share media featuring them—including media sent via DM's.
For individuals who don't want to create a Fanvue creator account, complete the attached Model Release Form template for each individual featured in the media and submit the completed form, along with their ID document and a full body shot and also a headshot holding a piece of paper with the current date and account username, to [email protected]. A new form must be submitted for each piece of content featuring a new individual.
