The Fanvue Vault is your secure storage space for all the content you post or upload on Fanvue. It offers a convenient and organized way to manage your media.
Here's how it works:
Upload and Store: You can upload content directly from the post section or add it straight to your vault. All your uploaded media will be safely stored in this vault and will only visible to you, so it may contain some previously deleted content.
Post and Schedule: From the vault, you can easily post and schedule your content to be shared with your audience at the perfect time.

Send in Messages: The vault allows you to send media directly in messages, making it simple to share exclusive content with your fans.
Organize with Folders: Organize your content into folders for easy access and management. This helps you keep your media neatly arranged and readily available for use.
How to organize with folders:
To make it easier to find and organize your content, you can create folders. By default, you will have the following folders: All, Images, and Videos. But no need to stop there, the more folders you have, the easier keeping track of your content will be.
To add a new folder to your vault
Step 1: Navigate to your vault page
Step 2: Click the folder icon in the top right of the vault
Step 3: Name your folder (e.g. Singing videos) and select ‘add Folder’
Step 4: Once done, your new folder will be added!
How to add media to your folders
Step 1: Navigate to your vault page
Step 2: Select the media you would like to add to a folder
Step 3: Click the folder icon in the top right corner (next to the bin icon)
Step 4: Select the folder of your choice or create a new folder name
Step 5: Click 'move' and your content will be added!
Sharing content from my vault to a message or post:
There are a few ways to share content from your vault, making the process for our creators as seamless as possible.
From your vault
Step 1: Navigate to your vault page
Step 2: Select the media you want to post or send in a message
Step 3: Click the share icon in the top right corner (next to the bin and folder icon)
Step 4: Select either "Share in message" or "Share in post"
Step 5: Proceed to follow the relevant prompts
Note: If you select 'Share in a message,' you'll be directed to a page where you can send the content to your selected lists. To send the content to a specific fan, share it directly from messages.
From your messages
Step 1: Navigate to your messages and select the recipient/fan
Step 2: Click the photo icon in the bottom left corner to open your vault
Step 3: Select the media you'd like to send and click "Add Media"
Step 4: Once the media has been added, you can choose to add a message or simply send the media as is!
From posts
Step 1: Click the red plus sign and the bottom of your page
Step 2: Click "Add from Vault" and select the media you'd like to upload
Step 3: Add your caption and the post to a collection, hit "Create post"
